I have been going there for years and Now I had to put one of my dogs to sleep because of their lack of follow up. He had bladder stones and we had him operated on 5 years ago for them it cost me well over $3000 dollars. Well being that he created more stones my tater never was asked nor were we told that he needed regular checkups to make sure they didn't come back. Well, they came back and clogged his urethra again even though this surgery was supposed to prevent this. We took him in and told them we coudn't afford the surgery again so they catheterized him and flushed the stone back into his bladder this cost me 700.00 for a five minute procedure because of all the extra things the tacked onto the bill. I wish they would have left him catheterized or even showed me how to do it so we had time for the stones to dissolve. By Sunday the stone relodged itself in there and we had no choice but to put him to sleep because they drained us financially. We took him elsewhere to have it done

We have taken our animals here and they are very good with them. They do more than care for dogs, just ask. They are great when having to deal with a sick animal that is near death.

The staff was acccomodating. My dog was very ill and needed immediate attention. They saw my dog sheba right away and gave her the treatment she needed. I just want to say thank you.
